Upsell/Cross-sell function like Amazon.

On the Checkout page the system can suggest complimentary dishes. eg. Also try dish X (because you ordered dish Y)

Cross sell would be cool but not sure how it could be implemented in the system.
Upsell could be an extra page when you checkout with smaller dishes or drinks that goes well with most purchases.
